We do not ship to prohibited locations. Orders placed from restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded minus processing fees. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

• Free shipping on orders $50 and above
• $5.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $50

7. Returns and Refunds

All Sales Are Final:

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence
• Wrong Product: If we ship the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost
• Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled before shipping may be eligible for a refund minus processing fees

Refund requests must be submitted to orders@7oh.gg within 48 hours of delivery.
