This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (Terms) and should be read alongside our main Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to Canada at this time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout using our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Available shipping options may include:

Order Processing & Fulfillment
We are committed to processing and shipping your order the same business day it is placed, provided the order is submitted before 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM MT on weekdays or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Origin Location: All orders ship from our facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming (1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001).
Delivery Time Estimates
IMPORTANT: Delivery times are calculated in business days only (Monday-Friday). Weekends and holidays do not count toward transit time.
Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates generated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your package is handed off to the selected shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx), 7oh.gg is no longer responsible for its handling or delivery timeline.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Issues & Resolutions
Delayed Deliveries
Refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive later than the estimated delivery date. Delays in transit times caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
Exception: If a UPS Next Day Air package is delayed beyond the next business day, we will issue up to half the delivery charge back in the form of a store gift card.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@7oh.gg or 343-457-2866.
An order will not be considered lost until 15 business days after the order placement date. If your order is confirmed lost, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a replacement shipment is appropriate.
Delivered But Not Received
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, 7oh.gg is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your tracking number indicates that your order was successfully delivered, we are under no obligation to provide a replacement order or refund.
If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Checking around your property (porch, back door, garage, etc.)
- Contacting your local postal carrier or delivery driver
- Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier
Restricted Shipping Locations
We do not ship to the following locations where kratom or 7-hydroxymitragynine products are banned or restricted:
Prohibited States
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin
Additional Restrictions
We also cannot ship to certain counties, cities, and parishes where local ordinances prohibit these products. Customers are responsible for verifying the legal status of these products in their jurisdiction before ordering.
Orders placed with shipping addresses in prohibited locations will be canceled, and payment will be refunded minus any processing fees incurred.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time. This includes Canada, Mexico, and all other countries outside the United States.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@7oh.gg. Address changes cannot be made once the package has been shipped.
